Its Aguda Electric from San Clemente, CA, came to FRW Studios to develop their brand. Already in business for three years, their owner wanted something that was striking and noticeable on their vehicles, shirts, and collateral. FRW chose the classic lighting bolt icon to create quick and easy readability. With the company name being a play on the owner’s last name, we wanted to make sure that it being an electric company was instantly recognizable. Having the icon break out of the circle was a fun way to give the retro feel of this logo some movement and edge.
